ONE YEAR

A 365-day challenge, one small day at a time.

A year-long challenge is less about intensity and more about a habit small enough to survive holidays, sick days and busy weeks. Here is how to set one up so it lasts.

Choose smaller than you think

Ten squats, five minutes of stretching, one page read, a short walk. The version you can do on your worst day of the year is the right size. You can always do more.

Plan rest days on purpose

Every day for 365 days is 365 sessions. Every other day is 183. In ProofDays you can pick a rhythm from every day to every 7 days, and planned rest days never break the streak.

Expect missed days

Over a year something will go wrong. Each challenge has a Streak Shield that covers one missed day, and with Plus it renews every week. The streak is there to help you, not to scold you.

Make the year visible

Take a before photo on day one, add optional daily photos and notes, and at the end you get a before-and-after proof card and a short reveal video.

Track it in ProofDays

Set it up as Anything small, every day or every 2–7 days, 365 days.

Questions

What is a good 365-day challenge?+

Something small, daily and in your control: a few squats, a walk, stretching, reading a page, a cold shower.

What happens if I miss a day?+

In ProofDays the Streak Shield covers one missed day per challenge automatically; Plus renews it every week.

Can I see a whole year at once?+

Yes. The calendar shows every day of the challenge, and your stats count every session kept.
