Safety and moderation

Use the in-app Safety menu to report content or block its author. For web cards or appeals, email hello@proofdays.com. Read our community guidelines.

All your challenges

Open the Challenges tab to browse active, completed and abandoned challenges, switch your current challenge or start another.

Photos are optional

You can start and finish a challenge without photos. Progress cards still show your streak and totals.

Plus and subscriptions

Find Plus in Challenges or Progress. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or open Apple subscription settings.

History

Free shows detailed history for today and the previous 29 days. Your challenge summaries remain visible. Plus unlocks older detailed history.

Privacy and deletion

For a data export, public-card removal or account deletion, email privacy@proofdays.com from your account email.
