Keep encouragement safe
Share your own effort and support others. Do not post harassment, hate, sexual content, threats, spam, impersonation or challenges that encourage injury or other dangerous behavior. Only share material you have permission to use.
Content review
Shared challenge images, video links and public proof-card images are reviewed before they become available to other people. Edits may need a new review. Private daily photos are not submitted for review. We may remove content or restrict social access when these rules are violated.
Report and block
Use the Safety menu on a challenge preview, group activity post, group or member to report content or block its author. Manage your blocked users in Account → Safety. Reports are private to our moderation team. Blocking hides shared content between your accounts and ends partner connections; public links can still be viewed without signing in, and copies already saved elsewhere are not erased.
Contact and appeals
Contact hello@proofdays.com to report a public web card, appeal a moderation decision or raise a safety concern. Include the content link or identifier, but never send your password. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
